Can I change my bill cycle end date through My Verizon?
You can’t change your bill cycle end date online. If you need to have your bill cycle end date changed, please contact Customer Service at (800) 922-0204.
When calling Customer Service, you’ll be asked to provide the last four digits of the Account Owner's Social Security Number (SSN) for authentication purposes. However, the Account Owner can choose to create a custom password (billing system password) to be used instead of their SSN.
