However, if you move your service to the Lifeline program, you’ll still be required to fulfill the Terms and Conditions of your existing Customer Agreement with Verizon Wireless. Also, if you terminate your Lifeline service, you may be subject to an early termination

No, the Lifeline discount is limited to a single line of service, and you aren’t able to apply for multiple Lifeline accounts. You must choose to apply your Lifeline discount to either a landline or mobile number, not both. You’ll be required to sign an application certifying, under penalty of perjury, that you will comply with this requirement.
Note: Other service providers may use terms other than “Lifeline” to describe the Lifeline program.

Yes, the following restrictions apply:
Link Up assistance helps qualified residents of federally recognized Tribal lands pay the activation fee or installation charges for Lifeline service.
If you satisfy the Lifeline eligibility requirements and you reside on federally recognized Tribal lands, you automatically qualify for Link Up.
If you reside on federally recognized Tribal lands, you‘ll receive a Link Up credit of $35, which is a 100% reduction of our customary activation charge.
