Access Administration Page - Verizon 4G LTE USB Modem UML295
This helps navigate to the admin page or if you've forgotten the admin password for your device. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.
Firewall, Internet Security, Anti-virus, etc. software may prevent access to the administration interface. Port 4330 and IP address range 192.168.32.x may need to be opened/unblocked within these applications in order to access the interface. Contact your local admin and/or the application developer for assistance with these settings.
With the USB modem connected to the computer and the LED Status Indicator blinking green, launch a Web browser then navigate to mbb.vzw.com (or the IP address 192.168.32.2).
Ensure the computer is not connected to an alternate Internet connection (e.g. LAN, Wi-Fi).
- The Verizon Mobile Broadband Manager app provides access to enhanced services (e.g. VPN access) and is not required for device activation or basic connectivity (Internet access). If the enhanced services are not needed, the Web Interface can be utilized to manage connectivity and settings.
- If not installed, refer to Download/Install Verizon Mobile Broadband Manager.
With the USB modem connected to the computer and the LED Status Indicator blinking green, launch the App Interface.
Windows: Navigate Start > All Programs > Verizon Mobile Broadband Manager. Alternatively, double-click the Verizon Mobile Broadband Manager system tray icon (located in the lower-right).
Macintosh: Navigate Applications > Verizon Mobile Broadband Manager > SmartMobility UI.
