Remove a Personal (POP/IMAP) Account - Stratosphere™ by Samsung
Removing then re-adding your email will often fix login/not receiving email issues. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with other device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.
- From the home screen, select Applications.
- Select Email.
- Long press the appropriate account.
If the Accounts screen is not presented, press the Menu button then select Accounts.
- Select Remove account.
- Select OK.
