Field Force Manager Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Make sure you are within Verizon Wireless Coverage.
  2. Turn off device / turn on device.
  3. Enabling Location Based Services (LBS) services
  4. Ensure device has GPS location set to on.
    For device specific instructions: Select your device and search for "enabling gps location".
