BlackBerry Internet Service Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Turn off wireless radio and turn back on.
    For device specific instructions: Select your device and search for "enabling / disabling wireless mode".
  2. Ensure Data services are enabled.
    For device specific instructions: Select your device and search for "enable disable data services blackberry".
  3. Perform a reset by removing and replacing the battery.
  4. Perform a Register Now.
  5. Delete the service books.
  6. Resend the service books.
  7. Check to see if the email account is associated.
  8. Check to see if the email account is validated.
  9. Check to see if your email client leaving a copy on the server.
