To change your password:

1. Sign in to My Verizon and go to the "Account Profile" page.

2. Click on the "Edit" link under Change Password.

3. Enter your currrent password followed by your new password twice.

4. Click on the "Submit" button.  You have sucessfully changed your password.

1. From the computer, navigate to the Verizon Wireless website then click My Verizon > My Personal Account.

2. Click Forgot Password.

3. Enter the 10-digit mobile number then click Continue.

4. Enter the billing zip code of the account and the last 4 numbers of the account holder's Social Security number then click Continue.

5. Answer the security question then click Continue.

6. Enter the new password and confirm the new password then click Continue.

7. Log into the desired website.
