How to Use Guide: V CAST SM Music with Rhapsody®

Managing Songs on Your Phone

Once you have selected and transferred your music, you're able to create playlists, delete songs and change your music mix as often as you like. You can use V CAST Music with Rhapsody software to manage the music on your computer or use your phone to create the perfect music mix anywhere you go.

How to Create Playlists on Your Phone

  1. Go to the "Get It Now" menu, select "Get Tunes & Tones" and select "Manage Music". After the application is open, select "Playlists".
  2. Under the "Playlists" menu, select the "Options" menu, then "Create a Playlist" to create a new playlist and give it a title.
  3. You can now select songs to add by browsing through your library of music.
  4. Choose "Add to Playlist" from the "Options" menu to add them to a playlist.

How to Edit Playlists on Your Phone

  1. To rearrange your songs, go back to the "Playlists" menu and select a playlist.
  2. Open the "Options" menu, and select "Edit Playlist".
  3. You can add, reorder or remove songs from your playlist. Remember, if you remove a song from your playlist, you can still find it in your "My Music" library.

How to Delete Songs from Your Phone

  1. Go to "My Music" and select the song you want to erase.
  2. Open the "Options" menu and select "Erase".
    • Keep in mind that if you erase music you've purchased, you won't be able to download it from your phone again. You'll have to re-sync with your PC in order to add the song back to your phone's music library using the USB cable.
    • To make more space for new music, consider moving the songs you're not using to a spare memory card and placing a new card in your phone.
