Saving Your Existing Voice Mail Before Activating iPhone®

iPhone 5, iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 require that you set up a new voice mailbox. This new mailbox, though connected to your account, will not transfer messages or greetings from your existing Verizon Wireless mailbox. If you would like to save a copy of any message, please refer to the steps below before activating iPhone 5, iPhone 4S or iPhone 4.

Note: Once your iPhone is activated, you will no longer have access to your existing voice mailbox. All existing messages and greetings will be erased and cannot be recovered.
