Requirements
Before proceeding with the set-up instructions, first confirm that the basic requirements have been met.Basic Requirements:
- Bluetooth-enabled laptop (embedded or USB Adapter) with Mac OS 10.2.3 or higher.
Note: All screenshots below are from the Mac OS 10.4.6
Make sure that the embedded or external Bluetooth adapter is fully set-up and enabled prior to installing VZAccess Manager.
Note: Verizon Wireless does not provide support for Bluetooth embedded or external adapters. Please refer to the manufacturer's manual that came with your Bluetooth-enabled laptop for Bluetooth troubleshooting assistance. - Bluetooth Dial-Up Networking (DUN) capable devices:

- VZAccess Manager (version 3.0 or 3.1 depending on your device selected) downloaded and installed on the Bluetooth-enabled laptop.
