New Every Two® FAQs

  1. What is New Every Two®?

New Every Two was a marketing program available when you signed up for a 2-year plan of at least $34.99/month. When enrolled, you were eligible for a $30 or $50 credit toward a new phone, depending on  the amount of your monthly access charge.

The program expired in January 2011, and no new lines of service were enrolled in the New Every Two program after that date. Anyone enrolled before January 2011 was able to may redeem their New Every Two benefit one more time before April 15, 2013. After that date, unused New Every Two discounts expired.

A $30 upgrade fee applies whenever you purchase a new device at a discount, with a contract extension, to replace an old device. This fee is in addition to the cost of the new device. It does not apply when a new device is purchased at the full retail price.
