   My Documents and Receipts is a page within My Verizon where your important account documents, receipts and mail-in rebate forms are stored. These documents can be viewed and / or downloaded as PDF files from within My Verizon.

2. What types of documents can I find in My Documents and Receipts?

   The types of documents available in My Documents and Receipts include:
   

   • Notification letters regarding changes to your service
   • Auto Pay enrollment confirmation letter
   • Monthly bills
   • Receipts for retail store transactions
   • Mail-in rebate forms for rebate-eligible devices you purchased from a Verizon Wireless retail store
   You can use the Document Category and Phone Number dropdown menus or the date search feature to find a specific document.

3. Will I be alerted when a document is added to My Documents and Receipts?

   Yes, you will be sent an email whenever account change notification letters and receipts are added. To be sure you receive the notifications, update your email address now.

   1. Make sure you are signed in to My Verizon.

5. I just bought a new phone. Where can I find my receipt?

   You can find receipts under the mobile number for which the transaction was completed.
   

   1. Make sure you are signed in to My Verizon.
   2. Go to the My Documents and Receipts page.
   3. Select a mobile number
   4. Select the “Store Receipts” category.

6. Are the documents stored in My Documents and Receipts secure?

   Yes, all documents stored in My Documents and Receipts are secure. You must sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Account Manager to access these documents.

7. Can I save, email or print from My Documents and Receipts?

   Yes, all documents are available in PDF format, and you can save them to your desktop and email them or open and print them. 
   
   Note: To view PDF files, you may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

8. How long are documents and receipts stored within My Documents and Receipts?

   All documents in My Documents and Receipts are stored for one year.
   
   Note: Rebates have specific terms that define the time during which they are valid. For more information about rebates, refer to the Rebates FAQs.
