International Picture & Video Messaging allows you to send and receive Picture & Video messages from your wireless phone to select non Verizon Wireless customers in select international destinations while within the Verizon Wireless Nationwide Coverage Area. How do I send International Picture & Video Messages?
To send International Picture & Video Messages to non Verizon Wireless subscribers in destinations outside of the US that use 10-digit dialing, simply enter the 10-digit phone number of the message recipient as you would when sending a domestic Picture & Video message. To send a Picture & Video message to a destination outside of the US that does not use 10-digit dialing, you must start with 011. Next, you must use the country code, and then the number you wish to reach. Is there a Picture & Video Messaging increase for International Picture & Video Messages?
Yes in non-domestic rated international destinations. The price for sending International Picture & Video Messages is $0.50 per recipient per message. The price for receiving International Picture & Video Messages is $0.25 per recipient per message. The International Picture & Video messages are charged as a premium outside of any messaging bundles. Note that sending to non Verizon Wireless subscribers in Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico are considered In Bundle and are rated at the standard messaging rates.
