Can I tether my device in international countries without an allowance based feature?
A domestic Mobile Broadband Connect feature will allow your device to tether and access the Internet in many countries at pay-per-use Megabyte rates. When traveling outside the United States, pay attention to warning messages in VZAccess Manager that will indicate charges can be as high as $20.48 per Megabyte. Click here for supported countries, rates and details. Adding the appropriate global data feature to a capable device will provide you with a Megabyte data allowance in select countries rather than paying on a strictly pay-per-use Megabyte basis for international usage.
