    International Text Messaging allows you to send and receive text messages from your wireless phone to select international destinations while within the Verizon Wireless Nationwide Coverage Area.   2. How do I send International Text Messages?

    To send International Text Messages to destinations outside of the US that use 10-digit dialing, simply enter the 10-digit phone number of the message recipient as you would when sending a domestic text message. To send a text message to a destination outside of the US that does not use 10-digit dialing, you must start with 011. Next, you must use the country code, and then the number you wish to reach.     The price for sending International Text Messages will remain the same at $0.25 per message. The price for receiving International Text Messages will increase to $0.20 per message.
