Can I use my Verizon Wireless phone or BlackBerry® in other countries?
You can use your current Verizon Wireless phone to make and receive calls in more than 40 countries around the world. Visit International Roaming to see where you may be able to use your current Verizon Wireless phone for more information.

What if my current phone cannot be used in the destination or country I am traveling to?
First consult Global Phone Rates & Coverage to determine if your current phone will work in the countries and destinations you plan to travel to. If it will not, Verizon Wireless offers Global Ready devices which provide voice service, access to the internet, and email on a smartphone. For those who travel overseas occasionally, we offer our Global Travel Program. For those traveling to the most remote locations in the world, we offer Global Satellite Rental service.

We currently offer access to the Internet (GlobalAccess Product) in over 200 countries, more than 140 with 3G speeds utilizing a Global Ready™ USB, Global Ready netbook, a notebook enabled by Gobi™, or the Verizon Wireless Fivespot™ Global Ready 3G Mobile Hotspot.
Note: Data Roaming while traveling outside of the US will incur charges as high as $20.48/MB.
