1. What is “VZW Tones” or V CAST^SM Tones?

   VZW Tones or V CAST Tones allows you to purchase your favorite songs that you can use as ringtones or ringback tones for your Wireless Phone. VZW Tones or V CAST Tones is available as a downloadable application from your Phone and allows you to preview, download, purchase and manage all the latest ringtones and Ringback tones. VZW Tones or V CAST Tones content is also available for purchase in the Verizon Media Store or can be accessed thorough the mobile browser on most phones.

2. How do I get the VZW Tones or V CAST^SM Tones application?

   VZW Tones Deluxe or V CAST Tones is not available on every device. To get started, download VZW Tones Deluxe or V CAST Tones from the following application stores. Standard data rates may apply for application download. In some cases, the application may be preloaded on the device.
   
   Devices with Media Center
   Navigate to "Media Center" > "Music & Tones" > "Get New Ringtones".
   
   Devices with Get It Now®
   Navigate to "Get It Now" > Select the shopping cart icon > Select "Get Tones" category.
   
   Android™ devices with Marketplace
   Navigate to the "Marketplace" > Select the "Verizon" tab or search the marketplace using "V CAST Tones" in the Search field.
   
   Blackberry® Devices
   Navigate to the home screen of the device or the application center folder.
   
   Windows Mobile®
   Navigate to the main menu or in the Mobile Web 3.0 browser under Media Store.

3. What phones currently support VZW Tones Deluxe or V CAST^SM Tones?

4. How do I download a ringtone from VZW Tones or V CAST^SM Tones?

   To download a ringtone from the handset ensure you have the VZW Tones Deluxe or V CAST Tones application downloaded. Once downloaded open the application and find the content desired through a search in the application or look in the various categories. Select the piece of content and press the "Purchase" or "Buy" button. Once purchased the ringtone will be saved to your device and can be used or set as your default ringtone or caller ID ringtone. Refer to the How to Use Guide for more details.

5. If I delete a ringtone that I have downloaded from VZW Tones or V CAST^SM Tones, can I re-download it?

   Yes, once you delete a ringtone you can download again, but you will have to re-purchase it.
