Caller ID & Caller ID Blocking FAQs
General Information
-
What is Caller ID?
Caller ID allows you to see the caller's phone number before you take the call. Caller ID may display the number of the person calling on your wireless phone (for all unblocked numbers). It may also display the name of the person if you've stored it in your phone's memory. Calls can usually be returned by pressing one button. Visit the Caller ID Feature page for more information.

Can I block Text, Pix and Flix messages?
Yes. You can add blocking services for the wireless number you wish through Account Maintenance by doing the following:
- Mouse over the Account Maintenance tab and click Lines and Services.
- Identify the wireless number you would like to manage and select Add / Remove Features from the dropdown menu.
- Click Continue.
- Add or remove blocking features from the Block Services section of the Add / Change Features page, and then click Continue.

Note: Block-feature availability is based on the device and plan you have selected. The blocking feature you are looking for may not be available for the device/plan combination you’ve chosen. For example, if your device is not Internet-capable, the Block Web Access feature will not be available for it.
