3. How do I add the Smartphone App Pack to my account?

   You can add the Smartphone App Pack to your account online through the following steps:

   1. Go to  the Change Features page in My Verizon.
      
      
   2. Check the box to the right of Verizon Video and click continue to add the feature.

   You can also Call 611 from your Smartphone or visit a Verizon Wireless Store to sign up today.

4. I am an existing customer with one of the six apps included in the Smartphone App Pack promotion. Am I required to purchase the Smartphone App Pack?

   You’re not required to purchase the Smartphone App Pack. However, it may not cost much more than you’re currently paying for one app to upgrade to six apps.
