    Customers on this plan enjoy unlimited talk and text with 1GB data for $80 a month. Simply pay your $80 monthly access up front to use your Smartphone for 30 days. You can renew your plan for another 30 days by paying $80 prior to your monthly renewal date. There’s no commitment and no annual contract.

  3. What if I can’t make the full payment for my Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan on my due date?

    If you can’t make a payment of $80, don’t worry. As long as you have some money in your account, you can still talk, text and surf the web at these rates: 25¢ per minute, 20¢ per text, 25¢ per multimedia message and 5¢ per MB.

  5. Can I change my current prepaid plan to the Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan?

    Some Verizon Wireless prepaid Smartphones are eligible for this plan. If you have an eligible Smartphone, you can change your current prepaid plan to the Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan through My Verizon.

    You can also change your plan at a Verizon Wireless store, or by calling Prepaid Customer Care at (888) 294-6804. If you don’t have an eligible Smartphone, you can purchase one at our online store and switch to the Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan on My Verizon or at a Verizon Wireless store.

    Mobile to Mobile Calling is talking with any of our more than 80 million Verizon Wireless customers anytime and anywhere from within the Prepaid Rate and Coverage Area. Mobile to Mobile Calling is unlimited on this plan.

  7. Where can I use my service with the Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan?

    You can use your service in the Verizon Wireless Prepaid Rate and Coverage Area. Domestic calls made or received outside of the Verizon Wireless Prepaid Rate and Coverage Area will be charged at a roaming rate of 20¢ per minute.

  8. Will I be charged different roaming rates if I am travelling internationally under the Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan?

    Yes, for international rates, go to Prepaid International Roaming Rates. While roaming internationally, you may be prompted to dial the phone number you are calling twice.

    International roaming coverage is only available on participating networks and isn’t guaranteed. Data services, unlimited calling, text bundles and other features are not available when roaming.

  9. Can I use more than 1GB of data on the Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan?

    Yes, if you use more than 1GB of data during your month of service on this plan, you can continue to use data at 5¢ per MB. You can also use data at any time by using the Wi-Fi functionality built into your Smartphone.

    *Sending multimedia messages consumes data and is deducted from your 1GB data allowance. If you have already used your 1GB data allowance, you’ll be charged 5¢ per MB.

  4. What are the rates for Multimedia Messaging with the Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan?

    The Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan includes unlimited multimedia messages sent and received, including messages to and from participating carriers in Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Multimedia messages sent to and received from participating carriers in other international locations are charged at 25¢ per message sent and 25¢ per message received.

    *Sending multimedia consumes data and is deducted from your 1GB data allowance. If you have already used your 1GB data allowance, you will be charged 5¢ per MB.

  1. How do I make payments to my Prepaid $80 Monthly Plan account?

    There are many options for making payments to your Verizon Wireless Prepaid service:

    • Go to your My Bill page in My Verizon to make a payment with a major credit or debit card (Visa®, Discover®, American Express® or MasterCard® only). You can also sign up for Auto Pay in My Verizon to have automatic monthly payments made for you.

    • Manage your account on your Verizon Wireless mobile phone through the My Verizon Mobile app.

    • Purchase a Verizon Wireless Refill Card in My Verizon, and make a payment from your My Bill page in My Verizon.

    • Send a text message with your Refill PIN number to VZPAY (89729) and it will be added to your account.  

    • Visit a Verizon Wireless store or call Customer Service to make a payment. You can reach Customer Service by calling *611 from your Verizon Wireless mobile phone or (888) 294-6804 from any phone to make a payment with a major credit or debit card or a pre-purchased Refill Card.
