General Information

1. What is Hosted VZEmail service?

   Hosted VZEmail provided hosted and managed services such as Microsoft Exchange Server for Email, Personal Information Management (PIM), and collaboration, without the up-front costs associated with servers or email solutions.  This service was available to Mobile Professionals and SMBs (Small to Medium Businesses) with two plans available per user: Basic and Premium.

2. When did Hosted VZEmail services end?

   Verizon discontinued support for Hosted VZEmail Services effective December 31, 2011.  An email communication was sent to affected customers on November 10, 2011, notifying them of this change and providing directions on how to cancel their accounts.

3. After the Hosted VZEmail service ends, can I recover content I had stored?

   Please migrate your content and data off of the shared Hosted VZEmail Services platform prior to December 31, 2011. Verizon will not be able to retain any content or data on the platform after that date.
