How do I download apps?
Download apps from your device using V CAST℠ Apps or online with Verizon Media Store. Additionally, Android™ and BlackBerry® devices have their own app stores for purchasing and downloading apps.
How do I upgrade my device's software?
You will normally be notified if updates are available for software on your device. To see if there is an updated software version available for your device, go to "Support" > "Device".
Buying Media
Purchase and download music, video, ringtones, wall papers, and more directly from your device using V CAST services, your phone OS' app store (Android Market, BlackBerry App World, etc.), and other 3rd-party apps. You can also buy media from the V CAST Media Store online from your computer.
Do I need a data package to buy media?
No. However, you will be charged for data usage when you download purchased or free media, either at your per-MB rate or as outlined in your plan.
