  1. What happens if I receive an Email that is fraudulent or seems to be fraudulent?

    If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent Email, we suggest that you do not respond to the Email or the Email address in the body of the message, nor should you click on any embedded website links as these could lead to malicious websites. If you receive a suspicious Email purporting to be from Verizon Wireless, please forward it to phishing@verizonwireless.com or contact Customer Service immediately by calling 800.922.0204.
