General Information

1. What are wallpapers?

   Wallpapers are graphics or pictures that can be downloaded to your phone for use as a background image on the phone screen.

2. How do I order wallpapers for my phone from the website?

   First go to the "Wallpapers" section under the category "Features & Downloads."

   1. Click on "Launch the Media Store."
   2. Click on "Wallpapers" and review the various categories of wallpapers available.
   3. To select the wallpaper you would like to purchase, rollover the image and click the "Buy Wallpaper" button under the image.
   4. Sign In to the Media Store and then click on the "Shopping Cart."
   5. Accept the Terms and Conditions, and then click on "Checkout."
   6. The wallpaper will be sent to your mobile phone.
   7. Make sure you save the wallpaper to your mobile phone otherwise when you remove the message containing your wallpaper content it will be deleted and you will have to order and pay for  the wallpaper again.

3. How do I set the wallpaper on my phone?

   1. You will receive the wallpaper in a picture message - Open the message.
   2. Save the picture to your phone.
   3. Navigate to your Picture Gallery and select the wallpaper.
   4. Select "Options" and "Set As" for wallpaper.
   5. Refer to your phone's manual for more detailed instructions.

4. Do wallpapers expire?

   Once sent to your phone they do not expire, however you must save the wallpaper to your device in order for it to be available.

5. Can I use wallpapers to create messages?

   No. The wallpapers are locked to your device and cannot be offloaded or used in Picture messages.

6. If I upgrade my phone can I transfer the wallpapers to my new device?

   No. Once received on the device, the wallpaper cannot be transferred by any method. You will have to re-purchase the wallpaper on your new phone after upgrading.

7. If I delete the message that contains the wallpaper, will the wallpaper be deleted from my phone?

   Only if you did not save the wallpaper from the message. Once saved to your photo gallery, deleting the message will not remove the wallpaper.

8. If I delete the wallpaper from my photo gallery, will the wallpaper delete from my screen?

   Yes. The wallpaper is retrieved form your photo gallery, so deleting it from the gallery will also remove it from your screen. Once deleted from your photo gallery, it is permanently removed. If you want the wallpaper again, you will have to re-purchase.

9. Can I purchase wallpapers as gifts to send to my Friends and Family?

   Not at this time.
