  1. How will I be charged for Picture and Video Messaging?

    Effective May 3rd 2009 customers will be charged per recipient for all picture and video messages.

  2. I subscribe to pay as you go, will I be affected by the change in billing for domestic Picture and Video Messaging?

    If you subscribe to pay as you go, you will be charged $0.25 for each recipient of the message for domestic delivery. International rates may vary.

  3. I subscribe to a Messaging Bundle, will I be affected by the change in billing for domestic Picture and Video Messaging>?

    If you subscribe to a Messaging Bundle, one (1) message will be decremented from the Messaging Bundle for each recipient of the message.

  4. I subscribe to a Mobile to Mobile Messaging Bundle, will I be affected by the change in billing for Picture and Video Messaging?

    Mobile to Mobile Messaging Bundles will continue to receive the benefits associated with Mobile to Mobile Messaging, and your Mobile to Mobile Messaging charges will not change. All picture and video messages sent to other domestic wireless carriers will decrement from your allotted additional messages.

  5. What if I have a Prepaid or EasyPay or other plan for which I prepay for service, will I be affected by the change in billing for Picture and Video Messaging?

    Your picture and video messages will decrement from your Messaging Bundle or you will be charged $0.25 per recipient for domestic delivery if you’re subscribed to a Prepaid plan.
