1. What is the Isis Mobile Wallet™?

   The Isis Mobile Wallet stores your payment cards, loyalty cards and offers right on your Smartphone. With one tap, you can make a payment, present your loyalty card or redeem an offer at participating merchants and Isis Ready Pay & Save™ merchants.

2. What is an Isis Ready™ phone?

   An Isis Ready phone is a smart phone with a Near Field Communication (NFC) chip built in to the phone that requires an NFC SIM card to operate the Isis Mobile Wallet™.

3. Where can I get an Isis Ready Phone™?

   Isis Ready™ phones are now available at Verizon Wireless retail locations in Austin, Texas and Salt Lake City, Utah. 
   
   You can purchase an Isis Ready phone in one of two ways:
   

   • At a Verizon Wireless store in Austin or Salt Lake City
   • Online  

   Note: When ordering an Isis Ready phone online, you may need to visit a Verizon Wireless store in Austin or Salt Lake City to obtain an NFC compatible SIM card.

4. How much does it cost to use the Isis Mobile Wallet™?

   The Isis Wallet app is free to download. Like many apps, the Isis Wallet uses wireless data and messaging which may incur charges based on your Verizon Wireless data and messaging plan. When you use a payment card, your card issuer’s terms and conditions will apply, per the issuing bank’s rules, policies, terms and conditions.

5. How do I get the Isis Mobile Wallet™ and activate it on my phone?

   To get the Isis Mobile Wallet on your phone, complete the following steps:
   

   1. Ensure your phone is in the 3G or 4G coverage area to make calls and access data.
   2. Download and install the Isis Wallet app.
   3. Activate the app.
      
      
      1. Open the app.
      2. Enter your email address.
      3. Create your password.
      4. Submit the wallet activation request.
         
         
   4. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Create your wallet PIN.
   5. Confirm your wallet PIN.
   6. An SMS message will notify you when your wallet is ready.
      
      Note: For security reasons, you should not share your wallet PIN.

6. Where can I use the Isis Mobile Wallet™ to make a purchase?

   The Isis Wallet can be used to pay at any participating merchant accepting Near Field Communication (NFC) payments using any of the following:
   

   • MasterCard® PayPass
   • Visa® PayWave
   • American Express® ExpressPay
   • Discover® Zip

   Instead of swiping your credit card, you can now tap your Isis Ready™ phone.

   In addition, you can present loyalty cards to and redeem offers with Isis Ready Pay & Save™ merchants.

7. What is Near Field Communication (NFC), and what does it have to do with the Isis Mobile Wallet™?

   Near Field Communication (NFC) is wireless technology that allows two devices to exchange information at close proximity. The range of NFC is typically less than two inches.
   
   The Isis Wallet uses NFC to transmit payments, loyalty information and offers by tapping your phone to an Isis SmartTap™ payment terminal. NFC setting on your Isis Ready™ phone needs to be on to perform a payment transaction. Check your phone’s manual for details on how to turn on NFC.

   Instead of swiping your card, you can now tap your Isis Ready phone

8. How do I know my information in the Isis Mobile Wallet™ is safe?

   The Isis Mobile Wallet has several safety features to protect your information:

   Your payment card information is encrypted and stored on The NFC-SIM’s Secure Element, which is a dedicated hardware component that operates independently from the rest of your phone and limits access to certain apps, like the Isis Mobile Wallet.
   
   Additionally, the Isis Wallet is protected by a PIN that you create and  only you know.

   You can also suspend or cancel your Isis Mobile Wallet and loaded cards immediately by calling VZW customer care  at (800) 922-0204 or visiting www.paywithisis.com

9. What if I want to transfer my Isis Mobile Wallet™ to a new phone?

   In most cases, you can transfer your Isis Wallet to another Isis Ready™ phone by moving your NFC-SIM to the new device, downloading the Isis Mobile Wallet and logging into the Isis Mobile Wallet with username and password that you set up.

10. What is the Isis Mobile Wallet™ SmartTap™, and how do I use it?

    SmartTap is a payment terminal that you can use to make a payment, present your loyalty card or redeem an offer by tapping it with your Smartphone. Look for the Isis SmartTap symbol  on or around the payment terminal to see if this feature is available.
    
    When you use SmartTap, loyalty cards are automatically recognized. However, offers have to be manually selected by you first before they can be redeemed through SmartTap.

Payment

1. Which cards can I store in my Isis Mobile Wallet™?

   Currently, Chase® and American Express® offer certain cards that can be stored on the Isis Wallet.   Participating Credit Issuers/banks will be listed in the ISIS Mobile Wallet directory. Call your credit card issuer to find out if your card can be loaded into the ISIS Mobile Wallet or visit www.paywithisis.com for more info.

2. How do I know if my payment card can be added to the Isis Mobile Wallet™?

   To determine if your payment card is compatible with Isis Wallet:
   
   

   1. Open the Isis Mobile Wallet app.
      
      
   2. Go to the Isis Wallet Directory, and locate the bank that provides the payment card you wish to add in one of the following ways:
      
      
      • Search
        
        
        1. Tap the Search field and enter the name of the bank.
        2. Select the Issuer from the search results.
           
           
      • Browse
        
        
        1. Tap View By.
           
           
        2. Tap Payment Card Issuers to see all the banks currently supported in the Isis Mobile Wallet.
           
           
        3. Select your desired bank from the list.
           
           
   3. After selecting the bank, follow the onscreen instructions.

3. How do I add my payment card to the Isis Mobile Wallet™?

   To add a payment card to the Isis Wallet:
   
   

   1. Open the Isis Mobile Wallet app.
      
      
   2. Scroll Isis Cash Card to the left to get to the Add A Payment Card tile within the payment card carousel.
      
      
   3. Tap the + icon.
      
      
   4. Select the Issuer from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

4. When using the Isis Mobile Wallet™, how do I change the payment card?

   At the top of the Isis Wallet home screen, the payment card that’s currently selected will be displayed. To change the payment card:
   
   

   1. Navigate left or right to view the other payment cards in your Isis Wallet, and locate the desired card.
      
      Note: If the card is eligible to be used for payments, you’ll see a wave indicator icon above it, allowing you to change it from “Not Enabled” to “Ready to Pay.”
      
      
   2. Activate the desired payment card by tapping the wave indicator. The indicator will turn green when a payment card is activated.
      
      Note: The selected card will stay active as long as the Isis Wallet app is open.

5. What is an Isis Cash™ Card, and how do I use it?

   To get you started, your Isis Mobile Wallet™ comes with an Isis Cash Card. This is a prepaid card preloaded in the Isis Mobile Wallet.
   
   As thanks for activating your Isis Wallet, Isis will load your Isis Cash Card with $10* that you can use at any Isis Ready Pay & Save™  merchant that accepts Visa and NFC payments.
   
   *Offer available for a limited time only in Austin, Texas and Salt Lake City, Utah. Certain Isis Cash Card fees may apply.

6. How do I add money to my Isis Cash™ Card?

   You can convert your Isis Cash Card to a reloadable card from within the Isis Mobile Wallet™ and use it as a convenient alternative to cash. When you do convert it to a reloadable card, Isis will add another $15 to your Isis Cash Card.* and send you a physical card that you can use everywhere Visa® cards are accepted.
   
   To fund your Isis Cash Card you must first convert it to a reloadable card. You will be asked to provide personal identifiable information. The information will be used to indentify you and will not be shared with anyone. Make sure to use your home address. After converting to a reloadable card, the Isis Cash Card may be loaded with additional funds from another Visa or Master Card® credit or debit  card or Greendot Money Pak.

Security and Privacy

1. Is my Isis Mobile Wallet™ safe?

   Access to the Isis Wallet is protected by a Wallet PIN that you set up. Neither Isis nor Verizon Wireless has access to your Wallet PIN.
   
   If your phone or your SIM containing your Isis Wallet is lost or stolen, you can do one of the following:
   

   • Call Verizon Wireless at (800) 922-0204 to freeze your Isis Wallet
     
     
   • Sign in to paywithisis.com to suspend use of your Isis Mobile Wallet
     
     Note: Verizon Wireless and Isis also encourage you to contact your payment card issuers to suspend your payment card accounts.

2. How does the Isis Mobile Wallet™ protect my payment credentials?

   Your payment credentials are stored in a chip called the Secure Element contained within your Isis Ready Smartphone (or appropriate accessory). The Secure Element is isolated from your phone’s main operating system and hardware. It’s designed to allow access only to authorized programs, like the Isis Wallet, to initiate a transaction.
   
   Additionally, the Isis Wallet must be accessed by a user-selected PIN, which is another layer of protection.

3. Does Isis know what I buy because I use the Isis Mobile Wallet™?

   Neither Isis nor Verizon Wireless keeps track of your purchases. For your convenience, a Tap Summary Report is available to you in your Isis Feed™. Your Tap Summary Report only shows what cards and offers were used, not what you purchased.

1. How do I receive and redeem Isis Mobile Wallet™ offers?

   When searching for merchants or offers for the first time you will be asked to provide your home ZIP code. You’ll then receive a selection of special offers from Isis Ready Pay & Save™ merchants. To continue receiving offers from these and other merchants, you’ll need to follow them in the Isis Wallet Directory.
   
   You can present your offers to participating merchants in one of the following ways:
   

   • Tap your phone against an Isis SmartTap™ or Isis Ready Pay & Save™  payment terminal
     
     
   • Show the offer barcode or numeric code to the store associate

2. How do I use loyalty cards with the Isis Mobile Wallet™?

   Loyalty cards must be loaded in the Isis Wallet and will be digital versions of your existing merchant loyalty cards. You can load loyalty cards for any Isis Ready Pay & Save™ merchant listed in the directory. You can edit or remove loyalty cards in your Isis Wallet at any time. Once loaded, loyalty card information is passed automatically when you tap the point of sale terminal.

3. What is Clip to Isis™?

   You can use the Clip to Isis feature to send offers from participating merchants to your Isis Mobile Wallet™. On the web you may see a Clip to Isis icon that lets you select an offer and have it delivered directly to your Isis Wallet. You can also use your phone to bar code scan or tap any Near Field Communications (NFC) enabled ad where the Clip to Isis icon is shown.
