    City ID is an enhanced mobile Caller ID service that displays the city and state information of each incoming call.

  2. How much does City ID cost?

    City ID offers a 15-day free trial that automatically displays city and state information with your first incoming call. At the end of the 15-day free trial period, you can pay:

    1. Only $1.99 per month, or
    2. One-time charge of $34.99 for Get It Now® devices (unlimited uses)

    Note: Prepaid customers cannot subscribe to applications with monthly recurring charges. Therefore, prepaid customers can purchase only the $34.99 option.

  3. What is the City ID 15-day trial?

    City ID offers a 15-day free trial that automatically displays city and state information with your first incoming call. At the end of the 15-day free trial period, City ID displays a trial expiration message with the following options:

    1. “Yes” to subscribe to City ID
    2. “No” to discontinue City ID
    3. “Remind Me Later” to request a reminder

  4. How do I remove the City ID application?

    Get It Now® devices:

    1. Navigate to “Media Center” and choose “Browse and Download.”
    2. Highlight “City ID” and select “Options.”
    3. Select “Erase” and follow prompts.

    BlackBerry® devices:
    1. Press the “Menu” key to view applications.
    2. Highlight the “City ID” icon.
    3. Press the “Menu” key to view menu options.
    4. Select “Delete” from the menu.
    5. Press the “Delete” button to confirm deleting City ID.

    Android™ devices:
    1. Preloaded applications cannot be deleted from Android devices.

  5. How do I unsubscribe from City ID?

    Get It Now® devices:

    1. Navigate to “Media Center” and choose “Browse and Download.”
    2. Highlight “City ID” and select “Options.”
    3. Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.

      Note:
      • Return policy is 90 days from the one-time purchase date.
      • You can download the City ID application after unsubscribing by navigating to “Media Center” > “Browse and Download” > “Get New Applications.”

    Android™ devices:
    1. Launch “City ID” icon.
    2. Choose “Subscription status.”
    3. Select “Unsubscribe.”
    4. Press “Yes” to confirm unsubscribing from City ID.

    BlackBerry® devices:
    1. Press “Menu” key to view applications.
    2. Highlight “City ID” icon.
    3. Choose “Subscription status.”
    4. Select “Unsubscribe.”
    5. Press “Yes” to confirm unsubscribing from City ID.
