    Carrier Billing lets you purchase up to $25 in digital goods (e.g., virtual online gaming, music, e-books, etc.) from select merchants and have those purchases applied to your Verizon Wireless bill. Google is one of the newest merchants that we have partnered with to provide this service for you.

  3. What purchases are eligible for Google™ Carrier Billing?

    Only digital or virtual goods are eligible for Carrier Billing, not physical goods like clothes or groceries. Examples of digital goods include:

    • Virtual online gaming and music
    • Virtual in-game items and goods
    • Virtual currency and points
    • Virtual goods from social networks
    • Subscriptions for granted access for games
    • E-books

  4. Are there restrictions for Google™ Carrier Billing?

    Carrier Billing has the following qualifications:

    • There’s a $25 limit per bill cycle per mobile number
    • Only digital or virtual goods are eligible (e.g., virtual online gaming, music, e-books, etc.)
    • You must be on a standard monthly account, not a prepaid account
    • You must be registered for My Verizon
    • Your account can’t be blocking text messages or mobile payments

  5. How will Google™ Carrier Billing charges display on my Verizon Wireless bill?

    All Carrier Billing charges will display under the MTN Summary page and the Call Detail page of your bill, and all taxes will be included in the total. The email receipt that you receive from the merchant can be used to review the breakdown of the charges.

  6. How can I block Google™ Carrier Billing from my phone?

    You can use the Block Web Purchases feature in My Verizon to block Carrier Billing.

    To activate the block:

    1. Go to the Block and Unblock Services page of My Verizon.

    2. If you have multiple lines, select the line that you want to block purchases on from the options at the top of the page.

    3. Scroll to the Purchase Blocks section.

    4. Check the Block Web Purchases box.

    5. Click Continue.
    A pop-up window will appear to confirm that the changes were made to your account.
