What is BilltoMobile?
BilltoMobile is an alternative payment method that allows you to to purchase digital content from select third-party merchants. You can purchase up to $25 in digital content (per mobile number / bill cycle) straight from select merchants’ websites. The purchase is then charged directly to your Verizon Wireless bill.

Note: you will not need to sign up for this service; it is automatically available to all eligible users.

Am I eligible to use BilltoMobile?
In order use BilltoMobile, you must be on a post-paid consumer calling plan and in good standing. You cannot have the text message or web purchase block feature on your mobile number and either SMS or email must be active. You also must be registered in My Verizon.

How does BilltoMobile work?
When you purchase digital media from a participating merchant's website, you will have the chance at checkout to select the "BilltoMobile" option.
After selecting this option, follow these steps:
- Once you’ve completed the purchase you will be asked to confirm by entering your mobile phone number, billing ZIP Code and email address. Enter this information in the proper fields.
- A text message will then be sent to your device with a temporary password. Enter this password into the merchant’s website when requested.
- A confirmation SMS or email will be sent to you containing the product description and purchase amount.

What kind of transactions can I make?
There are three types of purchase transactions you can make:
- Standard: a one-time, non-recurring purchase of an item or service from an approved online merchant website.
- Recurring: an automatic recurring purchase of a service or premium feature that will occur at a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual period from the purchase date.
- Subscription: an automatic recurring purchase that takes place at an irregular frequency according to the terms for the item as defined on a merchant’s website.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with a product that I purchased via BilltoMobile?
For product-related issues, customers should contact the merchant as defined in the confirmation email at the time of purchase.
