Bill My Phone

General Information

  1. What is Bill My Phone?

Bill My Phone is a payment option offered by select merchants, which allows you to purchase digital goods (e.g., online gaming, online music, e-books, etc.) and apply those charges directly to your Verizon Wireless bill. You may also apply charges to your Serve® e-wallet account, if you have one and the charge could not be applied to your Verizon Wireless bill.

This service gives you a convenient and secure method for making online purchases, without having to provide your credit card information. If an online merchant offers Bill My Phone as a means of payment, you will see Bill My Phone listed as a payment option during checkout.

Note: There is a spending limit of $25 per Verizon Wireless bill cycle, and this payment method can only be used to purchase digital goods. If your purchase does not comply with these limitations, your transaction may be rolled over into your Serve® e-wallet account, if you have one. If you do not have a Serve account, you will receive a notice stating that your transaction was unsuccessful and the reason it was declined.
