1. What is the Trade-In Program?

   The Verizon Wireless Trade-In Program allows you to get value for your used device and help the environment at the same time.

   By telling us the manufacturer, model and condition of your device, we can appraise its value.  Then, we'll send you a self-addressed, prepaid envelope. Return the device within 30 days, and we will mail you a Verizon Wireless gift card for the appraised value.
