Can I replenish my iPadŽ with Wi-FiŽ + 4G data allowance within the month?
Yes, with the prepaid plans, you can add an additional data bundle from the iPad’s Settings menu at any time. You will be billed for the new data bundle when either the current data bundle is depleted or your renewal date arrives, whichever comes first. Also, you will receive usage notifications when the following amounts of the bundle remain: approximately 2%, 1% and 0 MB.
For the standard monthly Mobile Broadband plans, an additional allowance of 1 GB will automatically be added to your account when you exceed your data allowance within your bill cycle. A standard overage fee of $10 per 1 GB will apply. You will receive email alerts for data usage updates.

Can I view my iPadŽ with Wi-FiŽ + 4G Mobile Broadband plan through My Verizon?
This depends on what type of plan you have:
- Prepaid plan : You can check usage and change your plan directly from your iPad with Wi-Fi + 4G.
- Standard monthly plan: You can view your data usage in the My Usage section of My Verizon.
Business customers: You can view your data usage in My Business Account or Verizon Enterprise Center.

I currently have a prepaid data Mobile Broadband plan for my iPadŽ with Wi-FiŽ + 4G. How can I switch to a standard monthly data plan that will be billed to my account?
Before selecting a standard monthly Mobile Broadband plan, you must first delete your prepaid account by following these steps on your iPad:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Cellular Data.
- Tap View Account.
- Tap Enter Customer Information.
- Tap Add or Change Data Plan.
- Tap Cancel Plan.
- Tap Delete Account Now.
Note: Any unused usage allotment will be lost and cannot be transferred.
Once you’ve deleted your prepaid account, call our Telesales Department at (800) 256-4646 to activate a new standard monthly Mobile Broadband plan.

No, if you’ve selected a standard monthly plan or prepaid plan, the early termination fee does not apply

Can I transfer applications that I purchased via iTunesŽ or another iPadŽ to my new iPad with Wi-FiŽ + 4G?
Yes, during the iPad with Wi-Fi + 4G setup process, you can sync to your iTunes account, which will transfer all compatible apps to your new iPad. Another option is to restore from iCloud®.
Note: Connect to Wi-Fi prior to restoring from iCloud to avoid 4G data usage.

Yes. If you selected to sign up for a standard monthly Mobile Broadband plan, you can use your data in over 205 countries, with access to 3G speeds in more than 150 countries. This includes global roaming on both GSM and CDMA networks around the world.
