If you don’t currently have a plan that shares allowances, you don’t have to change the other lines to the Share Everything Plan.
If you do currently have a plan that shares allowances, you would have to change the other lines to the Share Everything Plan because you can’t have multiple shared plans on one account (e.g., a Family SharePlan® and a Share Everything Plan). However, you could have multiple accounts that receive separate bills, one with the Share Everything Plan and the other with a Family SharePlan. -
How does the Share Everything® Plan impact an account with just one line?
There are no special impacts if you have just one line on the Share Everything Plan. You can have from one to 10 lines of service with the Share Everything Plan. Mobile Hotspot is included at no additional cost, so you can connect and share your plan’s data allowance with multiple Wi-Fi enabled devices.

My average monthly data usage falls right in between two Share Everything® Plan data options. Is it better for me to get the larger plan?
If your data usage falls between two options, it may be a better value to sign up for the larger allowance. For example, if you have a 2 GB Plan (which costs $60) and you exceed it, you would be paying $75 for 3 GB. We recommend changing to the 4 GB Plan, which costs $70. If I use Wi-Fi, how does that impact my data usage?
By activating your Wi-Fi settings, you’ll still have access to the Internet, but you won’t use your monthly data allowance. Most Smartphones and tablets can be configured to search for open Wi-Fi hotspots and, depending on your settings, automatically connect.
Note: Wi-Fi hotspots generally don’t include over-the-air encryption to protect your data from observation from other users. As such, we recommend that you always use a firewall on your computer and have current anti-virus software to protect your computer from possible infection or attack. Using Wi-Fi can also deplete your battery faster than using a Verizon Wireless network connection.
