How do I change my plan?

To change your plan, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to My Verizon.
2. Click on Change Plan, Text or Data in the "I Want To..." section, and follow the prompts.

If you are unable to use My Verizon, you can call Customer Service to change your calling plan at (800) 922-0204.
