What is my calling plan?
To find out which plan you have, you can either look at your most recent bill, or view it online in My Verizon.
To view your plan in My Verizon:- Sign in to My Verizon.
- If you have more than one mobile number, select the one you want from the dropdown in the My Device section.
- The plan name for that number will appear in the My Usage section. To view more details about the plan, click on the plan link.

How do I change my plan?
To change your plan, follow these steps:
- Sign in to My Verizon.
- Click on Change Plan, Text or Data in the "I Want To..." section, and follow the prompts.

How many allowance minutes do I have included in my plan?
To find out how many minutes are included in your plan, you can either look at your most recent bill or view it online in My Verizon.
To view your allowance minutes in My Verizon:- Sign in to My Verizon.
- If you have more than one mobile number, select the one you want from the dropdown in the My Device section.
- The plan name and number of minutes for that number will appear in the My Usage section. To view more details about the plan, click on the plan link.
