What is streamlined billing?
Streamlined billing is a simplified version of your bill. Your bill will appear in the same format as it does with detailed billing, except the call details for each mobile number will not be printed.

Can I continue to receive detailed billing?
Yes, you can continue to receive detailed billing by enabling it for individual mobile numbers. Follow the steps below to enable detailed billing:
- Make sure you are signed in to My Business Account, and go to the Account Maintenance page.
- Locate the mobile number for which you would like to receive detailed billing.
- Select Add / Remove Features from the Action dropdown associated with the mobile number.

Will I still have access to call detail once my company receives streamlined billing?
Yes, call details are available in multiple locations online:
- Mobile Number Usage Detail pages
- Call Detail Report
- Memo Bill Report
- Raw Data Download

Is my company required to switch to streamlined billing?
No, your company isn’t required to switch to streamlined billing. If you want to continue having call details printed on your invoice, then you will need to enable it for individual mobile numbers. Follow the instructions below to continue receiving call details on your invoice:
Select the link in the body of the notification email you received about this switch to streamlined billing. This link allows you to choose to continue receiving a printed version of detailed billing.
You may also manually select to receive detailed bills for any of the numbers on your account that you choose by following the instructions below:
- Make sure you are signed in to My Business Account or Verizon Enterprise Center, and go to the Account Maintenance page.
- For My Business Account users, skip to the next step. For Verizon Enterprise Center users, click on Manage Wireless Lines & Accounts.
- Locate the mobile number for which you would like to receive detailed billing.
- Select Add / Remove Features from the Action dropdown associated with the mobile number.
- Make sure you are signed in to My Business Account or Verizon Enterprise Center, and go to the Account Maintenance page.

Is there a fee associated with this switch to streamlined billing?
There is no fee associated with this switch to streamlined billing. If you choose to retain detailed billing, you will continue to receive your bill as you did prior to the switch.
