What is the bill to account option?
This option allows you to bill your order to your account instead of paying by other methods such as debit / credit card or gift card. The transactions that are eligible for this option are described below.

If I am a new customer, can I bill equipment to my account?
You must be a postpay customer with Verizon Wireless for at least 6 months in order to bill equipment to your account. It does not matter how long you have been registered for My Verizon.

Can anyone registered for My Verizon chose the bill equipment to account option?
You must be a postpay customer registered for and signed in to My Verizon as the Account Owner (not an Account Member) to be able to bill equipment to your account.

Which transactions can I bill to my account?
You can bill equipment to your account when you upgrade equipment, buy accessories, or add a new line of service to your existing account.

How much can I bill to my account?
That depends on whether eligibility requirements are met. Your account must be in good standing for six months (current and paid on time) how many phones you have on your account, and if you've already billed items to your account this bill cycle. You can bill up to $400 per bill cycle. This includes items you may have billed to your account through some other source (customer service, in a store, etc.)

Where does the bill to account option appear in My Verizon?
It's a checkbox on the payment options screen you see when you are checking out. Also, on that same page, you will see the options to pay by debit / credit card or gift card.

The bill to account option appears only if you are eligible.

What are the criteria used to determine if I am eligible?
- You must have been a Verizon Wireless customer for at least 6 months.
- Your transaction cannot exceed the $400 threshold as described above. Please note that pending or recent transactions factor into the transaction threshold.
- Your account must maintain a good payment history.
- The account cannot have been interrupted for non-payment within the last six months.
- The account cannot be more than $24.99 past due.
- The account must be permitted to make payments online.
- Your account does not currently have a security deposit.
- Phones on account are not interrupted for suspected fraudulent activity.
- You must be signed in and process your transaction through My Verizon.

How does bill to account appear on my bill?
It will appear as "Equipment Charges".
