Transfer from a computer to the device

Enable USB Mass Storage.
From the computer, launch Windows Explorer / Finder.
For Windows Explorer, press the Windows+E ( +E) keys using the computer keyboard.
For Finder, click the Finder icon located on the dock.
Using Windows Explorer / Finder, create a new picture / video folder in Removable Disk (X:).
Removable Disk (X:) represents the SD Card installed in the device. This name may vary.
Utilize the computer to copy video / picture files into the new directory.
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.

Transfer from the device to a computer

Enable USB Mass Storage.
From the computer, launch Windows Explorer / Finder.
For Windows Explorer, press the Windows+E ( +E) keys using the computer keyboard.
For Finder, click the Finder icon located on the dock.
Using Windows Explorer / Finder, navigate to Removable Disk (X:).
Removable Disk (X:) represents the SD Card installed in the device. This name may vary.
Utilize the computer to copy video / picture files from the following folders to the desired location on the computer's hard drive:
Folder names may vary.
- DCIM\Camera
- download
- Videos
- Pictures
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
