Only DRM free / unprotected video can be transferred via this method. DRM protected content will not play on this device.

  1. Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable.
  2. If the device doesn't automatically switch into USB Mode navigate Tools > USB Mass Storage.

From the computer to the device

  1. From File Explorer / Finder on the computer, create a new picture / video folder in Removable Disk (X:).
    Note Removable Disk (X:) represents the SD Card installed in the device. This name may vary.
  2. Use the computer to copy picture / video files into the newly created folder.
  3. To further organize files, create a sub-folder in the newly created picture / video folder and copy desired picture / video files into it.
