Unblock the SIM PIN - Pantech Breakout™

  1. Retrieve the PUK code. Refer to Locating the 4G SIM PIN for assistance.
  2. Enter the PUK code then select OK.

  3. Enter a new PIN (4-8 digits) then select OK.
    Note The default PIN code is 1111.

  4. Re-enter the PIN then select OK.
    Re-enter the PIN then select OK
  5. Select OK.
