Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) - DROID CHARGE™ by SAMSUNG
Contact the Exchange/IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.
- From the home screen, select Applications.
- Select Settings.
- Select Accounts & sync.
- Select Add account.
- Select Corporate (Exchange ActiveSync®).
- Enter the appropriate Email address and Password then select Next.
- Enter the appropriate information into the following fields:
- Domain
- Username
- Password
- Exchange server
- Ensure the following settings are configured as appropriate then select Next:
Enabled when a orange check mark is present.
- Use secure connection (SSL)
- Accept all SSL certificates
- If presented, select OK.
- From the Peak time schedule field, select the current setting.
- Select one of the following settings:
- Push
- Manual
- 5 minutes
- 15 minutes
- 1 hour
- 4 hour
- 12 hour
- From the Off-peak time schedule field, select the current setting.
- Select one of the following settings:
- Push
- Manual
- 5 minutes
- 15 minutes
- 1 hour
- 4 hour
- 12 hour
- Select any of the following settings then select Next:
Enabled when a orange check mark is present.
- Notify me when email arrives.
- Sync Email
- Sync contacts
- Sync calendar
- If desired, enter an account name then select Done.
- If presented Activate device administrator, select Activate.
- If presented, select Password.
- Enter a password then select Continue.
- Re-enter the password then select OK.
- Enter a password then select Continue.
