Configure Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) - DROID INCREDIBLE 2 by HTC

Contact the Exchange/IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.

Account synchronization may take several minutes.

From a home screen, select the applications tab (located in the lower left).
Select Settings.
Select Accounts & sync.
Select the Exchange ActiveSync® account.
Select General settings.
Select Configure server.
Verify the following settings.
- Email address
- Server address
- Domain
- Username
Re-enter the password if required.
Select This server requires an encrypted SSL connection to enable/disable.
Enabled when check mark is present.
Select Save.
Select Sync when roaming to enable/disable.
Data roaming must be enabled.
Enabled when check mark is present.
Select Resolve conflict.
Select one of the following.
- Replace items on phone
- Keep items on phone
Select Download past mail.

Select Mail size limit.

Select Sync Events for past.
Select the time frame of sync events for past.

Select Back.
Select Mail to enable/disable syncing.
Enabled when check mark is present.
Select Contacts to enable/disable syncing.
Enabled when check mark is present.
Select Calendar to enable/disable syncing.
Enabled when check mark is present.
Select Update when opened to enable/disable syncing.
Enabled when check mark is present.
Select Update Schedule.
Select Days.
Select any of the following then select OK.
Selected when check mark is present.

Adjust the peak start time then select OK.
