Configure Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) - DROID INCREDIBLE 2 by HTC

Note Contact the Exchange/IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.
Note Account synchronization may take several minutes.
  1. From a home screen, select the applications tab (located in the lower left).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Accounts & sync.
  4. Select the Exchange ActiveSync® account.
  5. Select General settings.
  6. Select Configure server.
  7. Verify the following settings.
    • Email address
    • Server address
    • Domain
    • Username
  8. Re-enter the password if required.
  9. Select This server requires an encrypted SSL connection to enable/disable.
    Note Enabled when check mark is present.
  10. Select Save.
  11. Select Sync when roaming to enable/disable.
    Note Data roaming must be enabled.
    Note Enabled when check mark is present.
  12. Select Resolve conflict.
  13. Select one of the following.
    • Replace items on phone
    • Keep items on phone
  14. Select Download past mail.
  15. Select one of the following.
    • 1 day
    • 3 days
    • 7 days
    • 14 days
    • 30 days
    • All
  16. Select Mail size limit.
  17. Select one of the following.
    • Headers only
    • 2 KB
    • 5 KB
    • 10 KB
    • 20 KB
    • 50 KB
    • Maximum size
  18. Select Message format.
  19. Select one of the following.
    • Plain text
    • HTML
  20. Select Include file attachment.
  21. Select one of the following.
    • Never
    • Smaller than 25 KB
    • Smaller than 100 KB
    • Smaller than 500 KB
    • Smaller than 1 MB
    • Smaller than 2 MB
    • Always
  22. Select Sync Events for past.
  23. Select the time frame of sync events for past.
    • 2 weeks
    • 1 month
    • 3 months
    • 6 months
    • All
  24. Select Back.
  25. Select Mail to enable/disable syncing.
    Note Enabled when check mark is present.
  26. Select Contacts to enable/disable syncing.
    Note Enabled when check mark is present.
  27. Select Calendar to enable/disable syncing.
    Note Enabled when check mark is present.
  28. Select Update when opened to enable/disable syncing.
    Note Enabled when check mark is present.
  29. Select Update Schedule.
  30. Select Days.
  31. Select any of the following then select OK.
    Note Selected when check mark is present.

  32. Select Peak time start.
  33. Adjust the peak start time then select OK.
  34. Select Peak time end.
  35. Adjust the peak end time then select OK.

    • Every 5 minutes
    • Every 10 minutes
    • Every 15 minutes
    • Every 30 minutes
    • Every hour
    • Every 2 hours
    • Every 4 hours

  38. Select Off-peak times.
  39. Select one of the following.

  40. Select Back
  41. Select Sync now.
