Configure Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync®) - Thunderbolt™ by HTC

Contact the Exchange/IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.

Account synchronization may take several minutes.
- From a home screen, select All apps (located at the bottom).
- Select Accounts & sync.
- Select Exchange ActiveSync.
- Select Account Settings.
- Select Configure server.
- Verify the following are correct:
If these settings are incorrect, remove the account then re-add it.
- Email address
- Server address
- Domain
- Username
- Re-enter the password (if appropriate).
- Select This server requires an encrypted SSL connection to enable/disable.
Enabled when a check mark
is present.
- Select Save.
- Select Resolve conflict.
- Select one of the following:
- Replace items on phone
- Keep items on phone
- Select Download past email.
- Select one of the following:
- 1 day
- 3 days
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
- All
- Select Mail size limit.
- Select one of the following:
- Headers only
- 2 KB
- 5 KB
- 10 KB
- 20 KB
- 50 KB
- Maximum size
- Select Message format.
- Select one of the following:
- Select Include file attachment.
- Select one of the following:
- Never
- Smaller than 25 KB
- Smaller than 100 KB
- Smaller than 500 KB
- Smaller than 1 MB
- Smaller than 2 MB
- Always
- Select Folder to sync.
- Select any of the following then select OK.
Enabled when a check mark
is present.
- Select Sync events for past.
- Select one of the following:
- 2 weeks
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 6 months
- All
- Select Description format.
- Select one of the following:
