SIM Card - Inserting / Removing - Verizon Wireless USB551L

Note A SIM card is included and pre-installed with the device. SIM cards may be purchased from any Verizon Wireless retail store or at the online store.

Insert SIM card
Remove SIM card

 

 

Insert SIM card:

  1. Insert a fingertip into the small opening at the end of the back panel (near the USB connector) to push it back to open it.
    Remove panel
  2. Locate the card slot and with the metal pins facing the device, gently slide the SIM card (notched edge first) into the card slot until it is secure.
    Insert card
  3. Replace the back panel.
    Replace panel

  2. Hold down the tab (before the card slot), insert a paperclip into the opening on the underside of the device then slide the SIM card.
    Remove card
  3.  Gently pull out the card.
    Remove card
  4. Replace the back panel.
    Replace panel
