Configure Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync) - DROID 2 by MOTOROLA

Note Contact the Exchange / IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.

  1. From the home screen, select the App menu.

  2. Select My Accounts.
    Note If the application icon is missing, select App menu filter (located at the top) then select All apps.

  3. Select the Corporate Sync account (Exchange ActiveSync®).
    Note The accounts listed may vary.

  4. Ensure the appropriate information is entered into the Username and Password fields.

  5. Ensure the appropriate data to synchronize is enabled.
    Note Enabled when a green indicator is present.
    • Calendar
    • Contacts
    • Email

  6. Ensure the appropriate information is entered into the Email address, Server, and Account name fields.

  7. Ensure Use secure connection and Verify Certificate is enabled / disabled as required.
    Note Enabled when a green indicator is present.

  8. Ensure Sync messages for is configured as appropriate.
    Note Select the drop down menu then select the preferred option.

  9. Select OK.
