Search for Locations near a Family Member - Family Locator

  1. Connect to the Internet then navigate to the Family Locator website.
  2. Enter the 10-digit mobile number (or username) and password then click Continue.
    Note To register for an account, click Register for My Verizon then refer to Registering for My Verizon for additional assistance.
  3. If presented with a Family Locator Tip or Overview, click Continue.

  4. Click Locate (beside the family member).

  5. Click the family member icon on the map.

  6. Click Search > Search Nearby.

  7. Enter the appropriate information then click Search.

  8. Locate then click the desired location icon (numbers).
