Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) - DROID X by Motorola
Contact the Exchange/IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.
Account synchronization may take several minutes.
- From a Home screen, select the App menu (located in the lower right).
- Select My Accounts.
If the app icon is missing, select App menu filter (located at the top) then select All apps.
- Select Add account.
- Select Corporate Sync.
If presented, review the Motorola Service agreement, select (check) I agree then select Next to continue.
- Enter the appropriate information into the following fields then select Next:
- Email address
- If presented, select OK.
- If presented, enter appropriate information into the Server field then select Next.
If applicable, select Use secure connection to enable/disable as required (enabled when a green indicator is present).
- Select Done.
