Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange Activesync) - DROID X by Motorola

Note Contact the Exchange/IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.

Note Account synchronization may take several minutes.

  1. From a Home screen, select the App menu (located in the lower right).

  2. Select My Accounts.
    Note If the app icon is missing, select App menu filter (located at the top) then select All apps.

  3. Select Add account.

  4. Select Corporate Sync.
    Note If presented, review the Motorola Service agreement, select (check) I agree then select Next to continue.

  5. Enter the appropriate information into the following fields then select Next:
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Domain
    • Username

  6. If presented, select OK.

  7. If presented, enter appropriate information into the Server field then select Next.
    Note If applicable, select Use secure connection to enable/disable as required (enabled when a green indicator is present).
