Importing Contacts

1. Open Entourage.
   Click Finder > Applications > Microsoft® Office > Entourage.
2. Click File > Import.
   
3. Select Import information from a text file then click the right arrow (located in the lower-right corner).
   
4. Select Import contacts from a tab- or comma-delimited text file click the right arrow (located in the lower-right corner).
   
5. Select the desired .csv file then click Import.
   
6. Select the desired field mapping then click Import.
   
7. Click Finish.

Exporting Contacts

1. Open Entourage.
   Click Finder > Applications > Microsoft® Office > Entourage.
2. Click File > Export.
   
3. Ensure Local contacts to a list (tab- delimited text) is selected then click the right arrow (located in the lower-right corner).
   
4. Enter the desired text file name, select the save location then click Save.
5. Click Done.
