Hard Reset - Verizon Wireless MiFi 2200

Caution! Performing a hard reset removes all modified settings (e.g. Network Name (SSID), Wi-Fi/Admin Password, MAC Filtering, Port Forwarding, DMZ, etc.) and restores the default settings.

  1. With the device powered on, locate the reset hole on the bottom of the device.
    Note There is only one hole located on the bottom of the device.

  2. Depress the reset button until the Service Status LED blinks green one long blink then a brief blink (about five seconds).
    Note Use an unfolded paper clip or similar object.
