Restoring default settings - LG

Note Restoring default settings will reset Sound, Display, Phone, and Call Settings to factory default specifications. All user data (e.g. contacts, pictures, videos, and music) will remain intact.

  1. With the phone open and from the main screen, press OK to choose Menu.
  2. Select Settings / Settings & Tools.
  3. Select System / Phone Settings then press OK.
  4. Select Security then press OK.
  5. Enter the lock code.
    Note The default lock code is the last 4-digits of the mobile number.
  6. Select Reset Default then press OK.
  7. Press OK.
  8. Ensure that Revert is selected then press OK.
